Healing HEART Sanctuary is a forever care and adoption animal rescue specifically for injured or disabled animals. While rehabbing at HHS, many of our animals become "Ambassadors of Hope" by working with people in an unconditionally loving, non-judgmental manner to show that being different does not mean being any less of value in this world... and that one can still have a happy, exciting and meaningful life even after a major trauma.
Healing HEART Sanctuary is a national organization, even though we reside in Southern Utah, in that the animals come to our facility from all over the country. There are very few organizations that do what we do. We also provide a resource of support for those families around the country who's pet may have been injured or is disabled recently, they do not know what to do, but want their pet to stay with their family.

The DARE ME 4 CHARITY Challenge
HOW WE WIN... (by having the most fun, of course!)
- The main point of the contest is to see which teams can face their fears and jump the most cumulative feet in each city. You may have fewer Jumpers than other teams but jump more feet per jump and still win.
- On the day of the event the producers are also walking around and arbitrarily challenging teams to a "on the spot' challenge for cash for the charity (ie. cluck like a chicken for 5 consecutive minutes in a chicken suit for $500).
- On the day the show airs (tentatively scheduled for Sept 10, 2014) there will be two more contests: 1. the top 3 teams that can bring in the most donations (until 12 midnight that night) and 2. the top 3 teams that can bring in the most votes for their cause (also to midnight)
- Recently added: "Getting Corporate Sponsors" (see website for details www.DareMe4Charity.com)
- Individual Jumper sponsor forms (much like a walk-a-thon) to pledge a donation or an amount per foot for all their jumps. This is completely voluntary. FYI - We do not get any of the funds from jump ticket sales.
WHAT WE CAN WIN...
- $1,000 for each city that our team jumps the highest cumulative feet
- $25,000, $15,000 or $10,000 if we come in 1st, 2nd or 3rd for the nation, in cumulative feet jumped
- $25,000, $15,000 or $10,000 if we come in 1st, 2nd or 3rd for having the most donations generated before, during and just after the show airs
- "On the spot" challenge cash
- Unlimited amount from donations and Jumper sponsor forms
- The amazing opportunity to be on a national TV show, bringing awareness to your cause
OUR STRATEGY...
Since we do not reside in a big city, we are having to compromise for that by having many small teams in all of the 42 big cities that are a part of the challenge. With many small teams we can rise and win on the national level which we normally, as a small sanctuary, would never be able to be do. It's how we're leveling the playing field. Please help us in our David vs Goliath quest.
